Jake Paul could copy Mike Tyson's face tattoo: I'm thinking about doing that in honor

Jake Paul is thinking of getting a face tattoo like Mike Tyson‘s in the near future, despite the pair being scheduled to fight in Texas this summer.

There was a doctored image recently that went viral showing Paul with a tattoo above his right ear that was similar to Tyson‘s famous tattoo on the left side of his face. The photo was fake and made to help promote the fight, but Paul may want a real one now.

The pair are set to face off on July 20 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with many people criticizing Paul for fighting someone almost 30 years older than him who has been retired for a long time.

Tyson accepted the fight, though, and has been regularly showing off his physique and training intensity on social media to help build interest in the fight.

On a recent episode of the podcast BS w/Jake Paul, the boxer was joined by rapper Lil Pump, Kill Jasper, and Paul’s girlfriend Jutta Leerdam.

Jake Paul’s girlfriend does not agree

The conversation naturally got onto the fight and Paul started discussing the possibility of getting a face tattoo in the week leading up to the fight.

His girlfriend, a Dutch world speed skating champion was not impressed, saying: “Well, I don’t think that’s a great idea.”

Lil Pump asked if he planned on getting the exact same tattoos as Tyson, to which Paul replied: “I’m not gonna get the Tyson one, but Tyson, like, got his legendary tattoo.

“So I’m just like, F*ck it, like, why not just do it because Tyson did it? It’s a story behind Tyson’s face tat is, it was like Wednesday of his fight week, and he just got it, and he showed up to the presser the next day with the face tat and he didn’t tell anybody. So I’m thinking about doing that in honor.”
