LOVE Island viewers would like a huge shake-up and have insisted that the show’s most iconic moment returns TONIGHT.

The ITV2 dating programme returned three weeks ago for its 11th series.

Now that they are approaching nearly one month in the villa, some couples are stronger than others – with Nicole and Ciaran, Ayo and Mimii and Joey and Grace making it clear they want to be together.

However some Love Island fans have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say the same thing after getting “bored”.

Many want the heart rate challenge to return this evening to spice things up a little.

One wrote on the social media platform: “they need to do the heart rate challenge or start casa amor sooner , it’s so f***ing boring now.”

Another chimed in: “Lord we haven’t even done the heart rate challenge what happened to real television?”

The heart rate challenge sees the girls and boys dress up and perform sexy dance routines on each of the islanders.

At the end it is revealed who raises each islander’s heart the most – and sometimes it’s not what they are expecting.

The game usually causes some tension between the sexy singletons because there is always one couple who aren’t impressed with the results.

During last night’s episode viewers slammed Nicole for ‘shaming’ Ciaran after he revealed he slept with 120 women.

Nicole wasn’t happy with his revelation and said that it was “disgusting”.

She said: “I actually feel sick. That’s gotta be a lie. That’s disgusting at 21.”

Viewers weren’t happy with her response, with one writing on X: “Not Nicole basically slut shaming man like Ciaran.”

“Ciaran is not gonna take this shit for much longer. Nicole was so immature with her reaction and constantly shaming him for his age is so boring.”

Meanwhile others are convinced one couple will be rocked in movie night when a villa girl’s ‘game-playing’ is revealed.

Love Island – latest dumpings

LOVE Island was rocked by a shock double dumping this weekend. Yet who left?

IT was woe for two bombshells Omar Nyame and Tiffany Leighton, both 25, who were evicted courtesy of their housemates.

Sunday’s double dumping saw the pair selected for failing to find lasting connections in the villa.

It came just hours after Tiffany had confessed there was “something missing” with Ronnie Vint.

Yet viewers threatened to call Ofcom when Omar was promptly booted out shortly after his spat with Joey Essex, 33.

Grace appeared shocked when Konnor Ewudzi picked her in the latest recoupling ceremony.

Her boy Joey Essex was just as stunned – but what Joey didn’t know was that Grace previously told Konnor she wasn’t closed off and appeared to give him encouragement.

Viewers are now hoping show bosses include the private chat in movie night, the popular part of the programme that sees secret moments shared with the villa in a bid to create maximum drama.

One person wrote on X: “Can’t wait for movie night when Joey sees Grace encouraging Konnor to pick her. Do these people forget they’re on camera?”

Another said: “The producers immediately saving the clip of Grace’s chat with Connor for Movie Night.”
