The Kansas City Chiefs kicked off their three-day mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, and Patrick Mahomes’ biggest supporter was there in spirit. Brittany Mahomes, wife of the star quarterback, shared a solo shot of her husband warming up before training, originally posted by the Chiefs’ Instagram account. Her reaction was unmistakable, using a variety of emojis – including the smiling face with hearts, the “yum” emoji, and the drooling face emoji – to express her admiration.
Patrick Mahomes is gearing up for another intense season after an impressive 2023. With a passer rating of 92.6%, he accumulated 27 touchdowns, 14 interceptions, and 4,183 yards over 16 games. The Chiefs, who are the reigning Super Bowl champions, wrapped up Phase Three of their off-season program last Thursday and are now focused on the upcoming season.
The Mahomes’ have stayed busy this offseason
Mahomes, known for being the second-youngest quarterback to win a Super Bowl, aims to guide his team to a historic three consecutive championships. Meanwhile, Brittany has also been in the spotlight. In February, she graced the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
With the 2024 NFL season set to begin in September, the Chiefs will commence their official training camp in July, with Patrick Mahomes poised to lead the charge once again.
