Potential uncertainty in the Florida Panthers starting net as expected starter Sergei Bobrovsky was not active in practice this morning for the Panthers skate.

The Panthers, set to face off Monday in a must-win game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals against the Edmonton Oilers, have not given an explanation for Bobrovsky’s absence, the reason currently unknown at this time.

If Bobrovsky is unavailable, it is expected that either Anthony Stolarz or Spencer Knight would be handed the duties of guarding the net in the final game of the season. Stolarz has played one game in relief of Bobrovsky in a game four whopping that ended 8-1 for the Oilers. Knight has been played in the series.

The Panthers look to keep Edmonton from the cup after blowing a 3-0 series lead, the Oilers coming back to tie the series at three a piece.

Bobrovsky, 35, has a 15-5-2 record in the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a 2.36GAA and a .906SV%, along with a season record of 36-17-4 with a 2.37GAA and .915SV%.
