1000-LB Sisters star Tammy Slaton has flaunted her massive weight loss transformation in a skin-bearing top for a new video.

The TLC star, who has lost 500 pounds since her start on the reality series, danced around in an outfit that highlighted her new figure.

The 1000-Lb Sisters star and her sister, Amy Slaton, have undergone huge body transformations over the past two years.

Tammy, 38, shared a new TikTok that showed her moving around her living room in a tank top and knee-length shorts.

She pulled down the straps on the cherry-print top, showing off her slimmer arms, shoulders, and chest.

The TLC personality hit several dance moves and lip-synced to the song, even turning to the side to show fans her slimmed-down side profile.

Tammy, who once weighed roughly 725 pounds at her heaviest, underwent bariatric surgery in 2022 and has steadily shed the pounds ever since.

“I know I can’t dance. I’m just up here having fun trying to make everybody smile and pass it around and spread in the word that anything is possible you’re strong,” she wrote in her caption.

“You’re beautiful. You are love. You are enough. Never forget that.”

The song Livin’ My Best Life by Dylan Scott accompanied Tammy’s dance.

In the comments, fans of the reality star praised her for such a huge accomplishment.

“You look beautiful congratulations taking such a big leap to healthy life,” one person wrote.

“I’m so happy for you and proud of you girl!!! keep shining,” a second added.

“I am so happy to see you in your healthy girl era,” a third said.

As Tammy entered the clip, it was revealed that the star had lost 500 pounds.

“Truly absolutely amazing ladies and I’m happy to call y’all all my friends,” she wrote over the stitched clip.

“I’m so proud of each and everyone of y’all not only are you beautiful on the inside but your gorgeous on the outside never forget,” she added.

People quickly noted how much Tammy was “shrinking” and praised her for the milestone accomplishment.

Tammy re-entered a weight rehab clinic years ago and got down to a healthy enough weight to receive gastric bypass surgery.

Since exiting rehab in 2023, Tammy stayed consistent and weighed 448 pounds that August.’

In February of this year, she got down to roughly 300 pounds.

With the recent confirmation that she has lost 500 pounds, Tammy currently weighs roughly 225 pounds.
