Last week, news media outlets reported that season finale would be the last Saturday Night Live appearance from comedian Pete Davidson, who joined the cast back in 2014.
In a cut-for-time musical sketch, Davidson poked fun at SNL mastermind Lorne Michaels while parodying Dr. Dre and Eminem’s song “Forgot About Dre.” Davidson’s version — aptly titled “Forgot About Lorne” — was interrupted by Eminem himself, who told Davidson, “I would just stop. They all suck,” referring to Davidson’s various Eminem spoofs. “It’s really bad,” Eminem added.
Kanye West’s love-hate relationship with Saturday Night Live got even more complicated after his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, started dating cast member Pete Davidson in 2021. Now, Ye fans are not happy with Eminem doing sketches with Pete too.
