The lawsuit also alleges that Garcia is owed more than six figures in back pay and that he endured fat shaming and intolerable working conditions during his time working for the singer.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Garcia began working with Megan Thee Stallion in 2018 as her personal cameraman and started working for her full-time a year later.

One of the alleged incidents mentioned in the lawsuit occurred in June 2022 when Garcia claims he traveled to Ibiza,

Spain with the singer and witnessed her engaging in intimate activities with another woman while he was trapped in a moving vehicle.

Garcia stated that he felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the ordeal and could not escape the situation because they were in a moving car in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country.

He also claimed that Megan Thee Stallion called him a derogatory term and made disparaging remarks about his weight, creating a hostile and abusive work environment.

Upon returning from Ibiza, Garcia claims that his compensation structure had changed and he saw a decrease in bookings from Megan Thee Stallion and her team.

The lawsuit also accuses Stallion and her companies of a number of wage and employment violations, including not providing basic insurance coverage while he was working for her.

In addition to seeking unpaid wages, overtime wages, statutory penalties, and wage penalties pursuant to California labor laws,

Garcia is also seeking punitive damages to cover the costs he incurred, including attorney fees.

He alleges that his firing was in direct retaliation for his complaints about the ongoing illegal behavior and failure to pay him properly.

In response to the lawsuit, Rock Nation’s lawyers have defended Megan Thee Stallion,

stating that it is an employment claim for money with no essay claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. They have stated that they will deal with this matter in court.

The allegations against Megan Thee Stallion have drawn comparisons to those faced by hip-hop mogul Diddy, who is currently facing a lawsuit from his former producer, Lil Rod Jones.

Jones filed a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy, alleging that Diddy and his son were involved in a shooting incident and got law enforcement to sweep it under the carpet.

Jones claimed that Diddy had hours of footage and audio recordings showing illegal activities of a serious and grievous nature.

The lawsuit alleges that Diddy forced Jones into compromising situations and threatened him on several occasions. Diddy has denied all the allegations, calling Jones a liar looking for an undeserved payday.
