Patrick Mahomes might be the lucky charm this year! The Kansas City Chiefs won their second consecutive Super Bowl. And no one can forget how well Mahomes planned & worked to clinch it ( by running nine times for 29 yards).

Now, after that lucky day, the quarterback is again united with the NBA team, Dallas Mavericks, blessing them with his luck. To support the team, sports lover momma Randi Mahomes and wife Brittany Mahomes, too, joined Patrick in his best wishes.

The basketball teams – Dallas Mavericks and Boston Celtics are into the decider of the NBA finals. To support the Mavericks, excited Patrick Mahomes narrated the team’s finals hype video. Brittany Mahomes shared this video post on her Instagram story, with a caption showing her excitement, “Let’s gooooooooo.” In the video narration, Mahomes said, “The Finals. There’s only one thing in the way now, and it’s not the opponent, it’s the willingness to sacrifice everything. Because the greatest competition is you.” Not only the Mahomes couple, the mother of Patrick too, joined the thrill with her daughter, Mia Randall.

Momma Randi and Mia went to watch the Mavericks in the playoffs, and now as the team is into the finals, she showed her support and elation via an Instagram post. In the photo uploaded by the mother of three, Randi and Mia could be seen posing together after the match, donning Dallas jerseys. To offer her best wishes, Randi also wrote a caption saying, “@dallasmavs are headed to the NBA Finals and we couldn’t be more excited!! We have had a blast watching them during the Playoffs.

The NBA finals started Thursday, and in Game 1, the Celtics are ahead of Mavs defeating them with 107-89. However, the game isn’t over yet. And Patrick, who is an avid basketball lover, is wishing Dallas to win.

Apart from his support for the NBA group, this decision of Dallas has caused quite a debate in the social media world.

Fans wanted Dak Prescott to narrate?

Former Texas Tech quarterback Patrick Mahomes is supporting his hometown team in the NBA Finals. His love is quite obvious for the team. However, many social media users do believe that Dallas Mavs should have contacted somebody from the Dallas Cowboys team, such as QB Dak Prescott to narrate their hype video. One comment reads, “I find it HILARIOUS that they got Patrick Mahomes to do this instead of Dak lol. Keep that losing culture away. Mavs in 6.”

Despite the banter, the Chiefs QB, who is arguably known to have a “Kermit” voice, became the first choice of the Mavericks to narrate. In the narration, the QB praised the team for their “underdog” mentality. He made reference to the Mavericks’ postseason games, beating higher seeded teams – the Clippers, Thunder, and Timberwolves – to reach the NBA finals. The Mavs became the second No. 5 seed to do so, after the Miami Heat in 2020. Pat acknowledged that while no one expected or wanted the Mavericks to succeed, they earned their place in the finals and the chance to bring the Championship trophy to Dallas.
