Ahead of the prince’s 38th birthday on June 21, 2020, William and Kate shared an adorable new family photo taken by his wife earlier in the month. Kate later posted even more in honor of Father’s Day 2020. In one pic, posted on the royal family’s social media, Prince George, 6, and Princess Charlotte, 5, are all smiles as they stand on a swing while William is sitting down and holding Prince Louis, 2, in his lap. Another pic of the proud dad and his brood shows William lying on the grass with his three kids on top of him.

In June 2020, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a new photo of their two eldest kids volunteering to commemorate Volunteers’ Week, which is celebrated from June 1-7 in the U.K. The photo, taken by Kate, showed George and Charlotte walking with their dad as he holds an umbrella. “As we approach the end of #VolunteersWeek The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photo taken by The Duchess as they played their own part in the national volunteering effort,” the Instagram post read. “In April, The Duke and Duchess and their family visited the Sandringham Estate where they packed up and delivered food parcels to isolated pensioners in the local area.”

A stunning new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the next three heirs in line to the British royal throne was released on Jan. 3. The image was taken by photographer Ranald Mackechnie in the Throne Room at Buckingham Palace on Dec. 18 and features Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince George. Prince George looks adorable as always, wearing plaid pants and a white shirt tucked in, while his grandfather, Prince Charles, lovingly places a hand on his shoulder. Meanwhile, Prince William smiles big behind his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. The image was released to mark the start of a new decade, according to the official Palace press release. This is the second time the foursome has been featured in an official portrait — the first was in 2016 to mark Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday, and that image was also taken by Mackechnie.

The couple’s eldest two children looked absolutely precious as they held hands with their parents while taking part in their first royal walk to church for Christmas 2019 services  The services happen annually at the Church of St. Mary Magdalene on the Queen’s Sandringham estate in Norfolk, located in the English countryside north of London. Charlotte, 4, seemed excited to see the well-wishers lined up along the walk as she held onto both of her parents’ hands, while George, 6, looked on with a little more caution. William’s father, Prince Charles, was with them for the stroll into the 11 a.m. service. George looked sharp in a navy blue blazer, sweater and slacks with a white-collared shirt underneath, which matched his dad’s outfit, while Charlotte, 4, was precious in a dark green Amaia jacket, navy blue tights and black dress shoes. Her coat coordinated with Kate’s hat and heels, who also looked quite regal in her long Catherine Walker & Co. coat that featured a faux fur collar.

Just in time for the holidays, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a brand new family photo of William with all three of their kids. The sweet black-and-white pic shows the prince giving his youngest son, 20-month-old Louis, a kiss on the cheek. George, 6, is sitting in a chair, wearing a zip-up jacket and shorts, while Charlotte, 4, is standing in between her brothers. She’s wearing a puffy jacket over a dress and appears to have a backpack on, and her hands are placed gently on Louis’ shoulders. “Merry Christmas! This photograph of The Duke of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge in Norfolk earlier this year,” Kensington Palace shared in 2019. “We wish all our followers a very happy and relaxing Christmas Day ⛄️.”

In honor of her first day, Charlotte also posed for an adorable portrait with George.

The royals laughed it up with all three of their adorable kids, sons Louis and George and daughter Charlotte, as they stood on the Kensington Palace balcony for the queen’s annual birthday parade, Trooping the Colour, in London on June 8.

The royal siblings couldn’t have looked cuter in the official images released from their visit to the RHS Back to Nature Garden, which was designed by Kate and award-winning landscape architects Andrée Davies and Adam White of Davies White Landscape Architects. George, Charlotte and Louis helped their mom with the project, as they gathered moss, leaves and twigs to help decorate the RHS Back to Nature Garden. Hazel sticks collected by the family were also used to make the garden’s den. A ton of adorable snaps came out of the fun Chelsea Flower Show experience, including one of Louis running through the garden with dad Prince William right behind him as his brother, sister and mom played on a water feature in the background.

One day ahead of his first birthday on April 23, 2019, Kate and William shared an adorable portrait of the giddy little prince posing for pics for his mom. The proud mom snapped the sweet shots at the family’s home in Norfolk earlier in the month.

The royals continued their family’s Christmas tradition of attending services at Sandringham Church. In 2018, they were flanked by William’s brother, Prince Harry, and his pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, as well as his father, Prince Charles.

Happy holidays! On Dec. 14, Kensington Palace shared this sweet shot of Kate and William posing in a park with all three of their kids, sons George and Louis and daughter Charlotte. The family portrait, taken by Matt Porteous, was a part of their royal highnesses’ 2018 Christmas card.

Wearing an all-burgundy Alexander McQueen dress and fascinator, Kate was stunning as she sat with William, who wore a light-colored vest, tail coat and gray pants.

Kensington Palace released the first full-length pic of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s newborn son, Prince Louis, on May 15. The Duchess of Cambridge had taken the photo on April 26, three days after the newest royal was born. “‪The Duke and Duchess would like to thank members of the public for their kind messages following the birth of Prince Louis, and for Princess Charlotte’s third birthday,” the Instagram post concluded.

On May 5, 2018, Kensington Palace released the first photo of William and Kate’s newborn son, Louis, who’s getting a sweet kiss on the forehead from his big sister, Charlotte, in the pic. The precious photo was taken by the Duchess of Cambridge on Charlotte’s third birthday on May 2.

Buckle up! Kate Middleton and Prince William took a drive on the wild side on Nov. 22, 2017, when the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge joined her husband at the Jaguar Land Rover’s Solihull manufacturing plant in Birmingham, England. The couple met with staff at the plant before trying their hands at an off-roading driving exercise, with each taking a turn behind the wheel of a Land Rover Discovery.

Such manners! Though mom was home sick due to acute morning sickness during her third pregnancy, dad William was right by George’s side for the little royal’s first day of school at Thomas’s Battersea in London, England, on Sept. 7, 2017.

To celebrate Prince George’s fourth birthday, Kensington Palace released an adorable new portrait of the tot on July 21, 2017. The little royal’s official birthday is July 22. According to a press release, the cute photo was taken at Kensington Palace at the end of June by Chris Jackson, Getty Images Royal Photographer. “The Duke and Duchess are very pleased to share this lovely picture as they celebrate Prince George’s fourth birthday, and would like to thank everyone for all of the kind messages they have received,” Kensington Palace said in a statement.

It’s a battle of the royals! Kate and William put on their game faces on July 20, 2017, as they took part in a rowing regatta during their three-day visit to Germany. The race took place in the southern German town of Heidelberg, and it appears the two had a blast! The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were on opposing teams, and although it appeared to be a tight race, it was William who came out on top.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children, Princess Charlotte and Prince George, traveled from Warsaw, Poland to Berlin, Germany, on July 19, 2017. The adorable family of four was photographed all walking hand in hand as they exited onto the red carpet laid out for them on the tarmac. Charlotte was handed a tiny bouquet of flowers while her mother held a larger one. Aw!

Kate and William arrived in Warsaw, Poland, on July 17, 2017, with George and Charlotte, in tow. The adorable kiddos were spotted peeking out of the plane’s window as they landed, and they then joined their parents as they exited the plane. The family was spending five days traveling to cities in Poland and Germany, including visiting a concentration camp and meeting Holocaust survivors.

The royal family put on quite the colorful display at the Trooping the Colour parade in June 2017. Kate and her 2-year-old daughter, Charlotte, both wore pink ensembles for the annual birthday event celebrating Queen Elizabeth II, who turned 91 that April. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a bubblegum-hued Alexander McQueen skater dress, which she paired with a matching Jane Taylor hat and teardrop earrings. Her mini-me looked equally fab, sporting a pink polka-dot frock, white socks and berry-colored Mary Janes.

Princess Charlotte was her mom’s pint-sized shadow at Pippa Middleton’s wedding in May 2017. The 2-year-old royal served as a bridesmaid at her aunt’s nuptials, while her mother was on hand to wrangle the little ones in the wedding party and help out the bride. The Duchess and Princess of Cambridge were often seen holding hands outside St. Mark’s Church on the Englefield Estate in the English county of Berkshire. Charlotte looked darling in her tan-and-white dress designed by Pepa & Co. and a floral headpiece as she held on tightly to a tiny basket. As for Kate, the sister of the bride looked stunning in a blush-colored dress and matching hat that she paired with nude heels.

One day ahead of her second birthday, a new photo of Princess Charlotte was released by Kensington Palace on May 1, 2017. Clearly having already mastered posing for the camera, the cute pic was taken a month earlier at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s home in Norfolk, England. “The Duke and Duchess are very pleased to share this photograph as they celebrate Princess Charlotte’s second birthday,” read a statement from the palace. “Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank everyone for all of the lovely messages they have received, and hope that everyone enjoys this photograph of Princess Charlotte as much as they do.”

Harry, William and Kate all giddily encouraged runners as they stood together at the Heads Together cheering point during the 2017 London Marathon on April 23. Whether it was hugging fans, dancing with babies or donning a foam finger — it looked like the trio had a genuine blast.

Does it get more regal than this? Three generations of the royal family posed together on Dec. 8, 2016, when Queen Elizabeth II welcomed the world’s ambassadors and high commissioners from the U.K.’s diplomatic community to Buckingham Palace for the annual Diplomatic Reception. Ahead of the evening’s formal activities, William and Kate posed with his grandparents, the queen and Prince Philip, his father, Prince Charles, and his stepmother, Camilla.
