Jon Bon Jovi: ‘Too handsome is also miserable’

The most handsome star in the rock music industry said that his dashing appearance makes many people forget that he is a real musical talent. Jon was upset to learn that his and the band’s reputation in the 1980s was largely due to “outside code”.

Jon Bon Jovi said: “I hate being cared for because of my appearance. When we composed Slippery When Wet, we had 3 singles that topped the music charts. The band hoped that Slippery would be the best-selling record in the United States and give us a chance to be on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. But the first thing a girl said when she met us was: ‘Your hair is so beautiful. Take off your shirt and leave. Do you have any more tattoos?’ It’s really boring.”

The 44-year-old singer claims that he is not a shameful clinging to glory like the Rolling Stones. Jon said: “Everyone knows Keith Richards fell because he climbed a tree, right? I couldn’t imagine myself being like that. I will retire in time, not continue to sing at the age of 60 like that.”

It’s been 20 years since blowing up the stages with their upbeat music, Bon Jovi has become one of the most successful rock bands in history. However, leader Jon Bon Jovi is proving that he also deserves to be called a star of country music. The song Who Says You Cant Go Home, which he wrote with teammate Richie Sambora, has just climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard chart of country music and “stayed” on it for 2 weeks.
