Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are seemingly living separate lives amid rumors that ‘divorce is imminent’ for the A-list couple.

On Tuesday, the On The Floor hitmaker, 54, was first spotted exiting a black SUV in Los Angeles with her entourage and teen child Emme, 16.

Dressed in a chic outfit and full-glam makeup, Lopez appeared to be taking care of business after recently canceling her tour to focus on ‘family.’

Meanwhile, Affleck, 51, defiantly flashed his wedding ring as he hung out near his $100,000-per-month Brentwood rental home.

The Academy Award-winner — who met up with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner earlier Tuesday — rubbed his head with his left hand while walking to his parked car.

The separate sightings come just days after the couple had a ‘four-hour meeting’ at their $60million marital home that they reportedly plan to sell.

For her errand run, Lopez looked incredibly svelte in a white blouse tucked into a pair of high-waisted flared jeans that showed off her curves.

The mother-of-two carried an orange Birkin bag that matched her sky-high designer heels.

Her honey-toned hair was slicked back in a bun and she shielded her eyes with gold-framed aviator sunglasses.

Like Affleck, Lopez was also still wearing her wedding band as well as the green-diamond engagement ring Ben gave her in April 2022

Lopez was accompanied by several security guards as she hopped out of the backseat of her chauffeured car at a valet.

Emme — who uses gender neutral pronouns — followed behind their mother as they headed to a nearby Sephora store.

Emme rocked a baggy pale blue T-shirt, gray shorts and slide sandals for their outing with Lopez.

Lopez looked thrilled to be spending quality time with Emme, whose twin brother Max, 16, was missing from the shopping trip.

She shares both children with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 55, who she divorced in 2014.

As she browsed the shelves at the popular makeup store, Lopez kindly stopped to take selfies with adoring fans, who just happened to be shopping at that location.

Months earlier, it was reported that Lopez’s beauty line JLo Beauty was being removed from Sephora stores due to poor sales performance, as per Beauty Independent.

Across town, Lopez’s husband Affleck, who now lives just two blocks from his ex-wife Garner, had a stoic expression as he was spotted navigating around his Brentwood neighborhood on foot.

The Argo star had on a burgundy T-shirt, faded blue jeans and lace-up sneakers.

Despite the rumored turmoil in his personal life, Affleck looked put together with a clean shaven face and a fresh haircut.

Affleck met up with Garner in the early morning on Tuesday as it marked their 12-year-old son Samuel’s last day of school.

Ben looked stressed as he chatted with Garner and his mother Chris Boldt near the campus.

Later in the day, Garner was spotted with Samuel after picking him up from school.

Under a cloud of conjecture about the state of their relationship, Affleck reportedly visited Lopez at their house in Bel Air this past weekend.

He is thought to be living separately from her at a $100,000-per-month rental property in Brentwood, two blocks away from his ex-wife Garner.

But on Sunday evening he returned to the mansion he shares with Lopez and remained there with her from 5pm to 9pm, sources informed Page Six.

The encounter comes on the heels of claims that the couple are ‘living separate lives’ amid their rumored marital woes.

For weeks it has been claimed the couple’s marriage was on the rocks after it emerged the pair had not been photographed together publicly for 47 days.

What followed was a series of awkward public outings, with body language experts deducing the pair seemed ‘unhappy’ in each other’s company.

Now it’s claimed that while the pair are not ‘officially separated’ they have been spending time away from each other and looking at buying separate homes.

‘Jen and Ben have been living separate lives but have not officially separated yet,’ a source told ET. ‘At this point, they are just doing their own thing. They went into their relationship very optimistic and thought things could change, but they haven’t.’

The source continued: ‘Jen is touring houses and shopping around for her own home. She has been leaning on her mum, sisters, and kids during this transitional period.

‘Ben is sad about it all but focused on his work, being a great dad, and co-parenting well with Jennifer Garner. He has been leaning on Matt Damon and his close circle of guy friends. Matt is always in Ben’s corner and is supportive of him.’

The reports come following claims the couple hired realtor Santiago Arana, from The Agency, to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they bought last year.

The pair, who have reportedly been ‘living apart’ for weeks, bought the residence after touring more than 80 properties together to find the perfect martial home for their blended family.

Amid rumors that ‘divorce is imminent’ for the pair, a source told TMZ that their realtor has been ‘showing the house for around two weeks’ but has not secured a buyer yet.

The insider reported that ‘they’re asking around $65 million for the house.’

With the ‘significant money’ the couple put into improvements, the outlet said they would be taking a ‘loss of millions of dollars.’

TMZ also reported that Lopez is ‘already looking for a new house’ as Affleck stays at his $100K-per-month rental in Brentwood near Garner.

Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photographs of their marital home’s lavish interior have popped up on realtor websites after being removed following the property’s sale to the couple last May.

DailyMail.com determined that these new photos were uploaded to real estate site Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5. The house is still listed as sold.

The couple bought the home and paid for it with cash after a two-year-search for their dream home in what was supposedly a fairytale ending to their decade’s long love story.

Today, fifty images including an exterior shot of the palatial property lit up and glowing against the Los Angeles sky are visible across multiple real estate sites where once there were none.

A description of the property has also been uploaded describing the Wallingford estate, on which the property sits, as an exclusive 6-acre promontory. The lot includes not only the main building but an adjacent additional house providing 10,000 square feet of guest accommodation along with a caretaker house.

There are garages for 15 cars and parking for 80 and an outdoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, gym and boxing ring and bar as well as a 150 degrees zero edge pool.

The move has sparked speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000square foot property is set to be put quietly back on the market.

A representative for J Lo pointed out that the images themselves are not new.

It is just the latest indicator that all is not well with the A-listers who eloped to Las Vegas in July 2022 before celebrating their union across several days – and several gowns – in Georgia the following month.

Last week Lopez shocked fans by abruptly canceling her This is Me… Live tour for which sales had proved disappointing.

In a statement she described herself as ‘completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down.’

She continued, ‘I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I’ll make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time.’

The reason the actress and singer gave for pulling out of her long-standing commitment was that she was ‘taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.’

It did not go unnoticed that her husband did not rate a mention.
