The 22-year-old confidently drew attention to herself and her assets as she touched down in New York City ahead of her mother Tish’s 48th birthday celebrations.

Turning heads as she passed by, the American singer flashed her nipples in a black mesh T-shirt, which she teamed with a tight pair of distressed denim shorts and ripped fishnet tights.

Miley, however, didn’t seem too worried as she strolled her long-legged self to the entrance while buffered by her security team.

The former Hannah Montana star even allowed a couple fans to take a quick selfie before she continued on her merry way.

The Bangerz star later caused a stir while heading to 1 Oak to she celebrate her mother Tish Cyrus’ 48th birthday.

She unwittingly drew attention to her hairy underarms as happily tossed personalised cash towards onlookers and fans.

The singer also made an appearance at the Adult Swim Upfront Party at Terminal 5 in the city later that day.

Miley threw caution to the wind once again as she posed on the carpet wearing just pink pasties and a pair of suspenders.

The party-lover, who also performed at the bash, added sparkly off-white tights and purple gloves.

She wasn’t shy at all as she got up on stage with microphone in hand and belted out a tune.

If the defiant singer wanted attention, she got it for the crowd that met her at the music venue appeared to be more than she could handle 

During Wednesday’s night’s performance, Miley attempted to shock again as she performed her own rendition of Khia’s dirty hits song from 2002 titled My Neck, My Back in New York City.

The 37-year-old rapper approved of Miley’s version as she told TMZ of Miley: ‘[She’s] probably the only white girl on the planet that can twerk and talk about getting her p**** licked that it’s acceptable and it be true like my song.’
