Ronda Rousey highlights her experience of working her second indie appearance

This was the second time that Rousey appeared in a taped wrestling show after her run with WWE, which ended at SummerSlam this year. She was in a tag team match against the ROH Women’s Champion Athena and Billie Starkz at Revolver Unreal. The match that ended with ‘No Contest’ at the PPV continued at ROH a day later. Moreover, Rousey recently disclosed her feelings on the subject.

While replying to a post of PW Revolver promoting its PPV’s recorded taping on Twitter, the former WWE star shared her honest reviews by calling the experience, “Helluva night“.

The former WWE champion shared her excitement as an indie wrestler in the industry as her fans continue to support her career run. This was also similar to another brief message that Rousey had in store for fans soon after her Revolver Unreal match was over. She took the liberty of letting everyone know that she had a ‘fun’ time working at the PPV. So far, she is thriving on her indie run in the wrestling world.

Another concern in such a scenario is about making new acquaintances. However, it looks like the former Olympic champion is not having trouble in that field, as she has already acquired a ‘best friend’.

After their Ring of Honor match together, Marina Shafir uploaded a wholesome picture on her Twitter account. In the picture, we can see the tag team partners, Rousey and Shafir, standing by each other. Both have a natural and hearty smile on their faces, showing that they had a pleasure working with each other. But there was more to the story.

The AEW star called Ronda Rousey her ‘best friend’ while uploading the picture on social media. Merely a few months after her WWE exit, the 36-year-old has already started to make friends outside the Stamford-based company. In fact, it’s highly probable that their tag team unites in the future for more wrestling adventures, considering Rousey’s past record as a former tag team champion.
