TRIBUTES have been paid to a “beloved son” and father-of-two who tragically passed away after an accident in Australia.
Kevin Ivers, who was originally from Pearse Park in Golden, Tipperary, and ran Golden Plant Hire in Gingin in Perth, Australia, passed away after an accident.

In a death notice online, he was remembered by his heartbroken fiancee Rhyllie, two sons, and parents.
It reads: “Golden Plant Hire, Gingin, Perth, Western Australia and formerly of Pearse Park, Golden, Co. Tipperary, June 9th 2024, following an accident in Australia.
“Deeply regretted by his heartbroken fiancée Rhyllie, sons Sonny and Banjo, parents Richie and Ann, brothers Paddy and David, sisters Donna and Aoife, grandmother Bridget, brother-in-law Michael, sisters-in-law Emma and Sheila, nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, relatives and his many friends in Australia and Golden.
“May he rest in peace.”
The family also shared a touching message in the form of a passage that represents their heartache for the tragic loss of their beloved Kevin.
It said: “We cannot bring back the old days, when we were all together, the family chain is broken now but memories last forever.”
The local community of Golden was left devastated after hearing the tragic news of his death.
A mourner said: “Total shock has came over our village with the sad news of Kevin’s passing.
“Sincere condolences to Ann, Richie and family. RIP Kevin.”
Another mourner added: “We are deeply so sorry for the passing of your beloved Son, brother, Partner and Father, Kevin.
“God Bless and Protect you all at this very difficult sad and grieving time with the loss of your loved one Kevin.
‘No words’
“There are no words we can say enough to let you know how deeply sorry we are. May you RIP Kevin.”
Someone close to Kevin wrote: “I’m so sorry to hear this. Truly heartbreaking. Kevin was such a lovely soul.
“Condolences to all his heartbroken partner, children, family & friends.”
Another person said: “My deepest sympathies to Ann, Ritchie, and his brother and sisters, and his own family in Australia.
“And to all his family and friends in Golden and Cashel. May he rest in peace.”
