It looks like Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese has new potential custom shoes to wear in one of her games this 2024 WNBA season.
On Saturday, shoe designer Marvin Baroota–the artist behind Reese’s custom shoes during the campaign–unveiled a new shoe design for the Sky rising star, and they are incredible.
Baroota posted on X the shoes that were inspired by the popular peanut butter candy Reese’s Pieces. As fans would know, “Reese’s Pieces” is also a term sometimes used when referring to Reese as some sort of wordplay and reference to the candy brand.
More recently, though, the former LSU star used it to refer to her fan base.
Now, Reese appears to have custom kicks done to pay homage to the popular snack. Baroota’s creation featured an orange and yellow colorway the brand is known for.
It also has an “A” logo on the side written on the Reese’s Pieces font, with a butter cups symbol serving as background.
One shoe also has “Reese Angel” written on the front, while the other has an image of butter cup with a bite on it.
Reese was tagged on Baroota’s post and quickly reacted to it, using a fire emoji to share her thoughts on the new custom sneakers.
Sure enough, fans loved the design as well, with many showing appreciation on the details of the sneakers.
“Geeeesh!! The A logo is a nice touch,” a fan said. Another one shared, “I ain’t going to lie I’d rock them I like the color scheme.”
“Those are tough,” a supporter added while using a fire emoji to further highlight how epic the shoes are.
Another commenter tagged the Reese’s brand and requested, “We need to see Angel in a commercial and her face on some packs.”

It remains to be seen if Angel Reese will rock the shoes and when, but the Sky have a game scheduled on Sunday against the Minnesota Lynx. So fans better keep an eye on Reese’s kicks!
