The Kansas City Chiefs put a bow on their Super Bowl celebrations on Thursday night. Players and coaches finally received their new rings following their latest triumph in February.

All of the important characters were in attendance, including Patrick MahomesTravis KelceAndy Reid and more. As videos started coming out, fans online took to social media to voice their displeasure with a particular clip of Rashee Rice flaunting his ring.

Rashee Rice seems to have put offseason issues behind him

The general theme among the discontent fans was that Rice “should be in prison” instead of celebrating with his teammates.

For those unaware, Rice was involved in a high-speed hit and run crash back in March which led to two passengers being transported to a hospital and two others suffering minor injuries. Rice turned himself in eventually after being charged with several different counts, and was then released a day later on bail.

Then in May, Rice was alleged to have punched a photographer in Dallas, Texas. Rice was never charged with anything, but it was another bad look for the 24-year-old.

Rice was recently sued for $1 million for his role in the crash, but it’s clear that many believe he got off easy.
