LeBron James’ son, Bronny James, has garnered significant attention due to his father’s illustrious NBA career. However, entering the 2024 NBA Draft, Bronny wasn’t widely considered a first-round pick, and this projection held true as he was not selected in the first round.

LeBron James and his fans now face a suspenseful wait to see if Bronny will be chosen in the second round, which takes place tomorrow. There is also the possibility that Bronny might go undrafted altogether.

The Los Angeles Lakers hold two picks in this draft, No. 17 and No. 55. They have already used their 17th pick to select Dalton Knecht.

According to ESPN’s Jonathan Givony, Bronny James is projected to be selected by the Lakers with the No. 55 overall pick in Thursday’s second round. HoopsHype’ Michael Scotto also shared the same notion.

Bronny’s agent, Rich Paul, has indicated that Bronny wants to join a team willing to offer him a guaranteed deal.

This stipulation may be causing teams to hesitate before deciding to add Bronny to their rosters.

Despite the confidence from this bettor, Bronny’s freshman season at USC was underwhelming.

His performance on the court was less impressive than expected, and injury issues also hampered his progress. Given these factors, the bet appears to be a clear long shot.
