Biel’s outing comes just weeks after her husband Justin Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons.

The 43-year-old SexyBack hitmaker, who was pictured looking exhausted in his mugshot, was arrested after partying at Sag Harbor’s American Hotel.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the Sexy Back singer was pulled over after he left shortly after midnight when he blew past a stop sign.

Local officers reportedly followed the pop star and observed him swerving across the road, forcing cops to pull him over.

The father-of-two performed a field sobriety test and was asked to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused.

The outlet reported that several friends arrived on the scene and tried to convince officers to cut him some slack, but he was handcuffed and arrested.

A source told DailyMail.com: ‘Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant, like there are most nights.

‘They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.

‘Justin left at 12:30AM and was pulled over as soon as he left. Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene,’ they explained.
