Yung Gravy Was Afraid to Repeat MGK’s Mistake and Piss Eminem Off
Since a brutal public execution of MGK by “Killshot”, everybody knows how one stupid comment and a lot of cockiness might destroy a rapper’s career. Nobody wants to go down this road.
Neither did Yung Gravy, who had enough common sense to delete his comment to Eminem’s daughter in time. And whose comment was not even offensive to begin with.
That mach he said to Hailie during their interview at the Lollapalooza, festival. She recorded an interview with this Soundcloud-era rapper for her Just a Little Shady podcast. She only heard this story but has never seen the comment herself. She and her co-host looked hard through her old posts but no luck. So, what was that about? Yung Gravy responds decisively:
No, I deleted it. It was some post of you, just looking cute or whatever. And I just commented something. I thought it was funny, I wanted to see if I get some sort of response or if people like it. I did it, and I sat there for a while, and I was like, you know what? I don’t wanna be that guy. I don’t want to piss off fucking Eminem. There is a lot of people I could piss off. Yes, I deleted it. But yes, I did comment on your shit for a couple of hours. It wasn’t anything aggressive though, it was cute. You know, like a heart with the arrow thought it or something like that. Some sweet.
