Cameron Brink is out for the season after she suffered an ACL injury in a game against the Connecticut Sun in June. The LA Sparks rookie might not be able to showcase her talent on the basketball court due to the injury, but she sure can do it through fashion.

Brink shared a series of pictures posing for the camera on her Instagram handle, while also announcing that she will grace the cover of Flaunt Magazine’s Gold Standard Issue. The cover picture shows the WNBA rookie in high-black stockings, pairing it with a full-sleeved black top.

The rest of the pictures in the post showed her posing in the red and white ensemble. Most of the pictures were shot with palm trees in the background.

Posting the pictures on her IG handle, Brink captioned the post with these words:

“Excited to have graced the cover for @flauntmagazine The Gold Standard Issue!”

Cameron Brink certainly knows a thing or two about fashion and her pregame outfit has been turning a lot of heads. While Brink is making her recovery from the injury, she has also been showing up for the Sparks’ games to support her teammates.

Interestingly, Brink is not the first WNBA player to grace the cover of Flaunt Magazine. Kelsey Plum graced the cover of the fashion magazine in 2023. With WNBA players attracting attention with their pregame fashion outfits, Brink will certainly not be the last one to grace the cover.

Cameron Brink wants to pose for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue

The story of Cameron Brink appearing for the cover issue of Flaunt Magazine is making the rounds. However, this wasn’t the first time the WNBA rookie graced the cover of a magazine. She has previously appeared on the cover of SLAM magazine. Having done all this, Brink is now interested in appearing for body issue covers.

In a conversation with Paul George on his Podcast P with Paul George, Brink said that as a female athlete, Body Issue has always empowered her.

“I think just as a female athlete, the Body Issue is always just, like, dope,” Brink said. “Just to see how your body purely as an athlete, to appreciate … our bodies are our machines, that’s how we make our money. So I think that’s always a really cool concept.”

She also added that she would want to grace the cover of ESPN’s Body Issue or Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

“Or Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, I’ve always loved that,” Brink added. “I think it’s super empowering.”

Unfortunately, ESPN Body Issue has been discontinued since 2019. Maybe, she will get a call from SI someday in the future.

Before her injury, Cameron Brink was averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game. She was also one of the frontrunners of the Defensive Player Of The Year Award.
