While the Reach vocalist is now dating her Dancing on Ice co-star Brendyn Hatfield, The Sun was first to report how Alex will be back on the box in new Netflix series Buying London.

Two years after the break-up, Rachel address parenting arrangements with her ex in a candid chat on the Lorraine show.

She admitted to the Scottish host, 64, how sharing childcare arrangements “was a process, like anything.”

She said: “I love the word navigate, because it so is that.

“It’s such a process,” before Lorraine quipped: “Avoid the icebergs.”

Rachel continued: “I was doing a podcast yesterday and someone said it was like Laser Quest, especially with kids, there’s always things coming at you.”

Insisting the children were front and centre of their attention, her eyes could be seen getting weepy with tears.

She took a big breath and referred to her kids as she said: “And they’re always our priority.

“It’s not easy but I feel very lucky that the kids are our priority and we have had lots of help and advice in the lead-up to our separation.

“We just manage it as best we can, muddle our way through it, but with them at our forefront.”

Becoming slightly lost for words, she then shook her head.

Rachel opened up earlier in the chat about her life-long battle with anxiety, and her belief in the power of therapy and self-development.

SCARY SPLIT

Just this week, Rachel told how falling for her DOI co-star led to a “messy” and “scary” split from her spouse.

She exclusively told The Sun how her marriage was on the rocks when she met the professional skater three years ago.

Talking of her break-up with the property developer she told us: “t was messy.

“I knew that we were growing, that I was growing apart, but I was in turmoil, because, first of all, my kids.”

And on telling Alex about Brendyn, Rachel admitted: “It was really scary, because I knew as soon as I said that, that was it.”

Last year, Rachel’s ex Jeremy Edwards stuck the knife in when he told The Sun he was convinced she had a fling during their time together.

Jeremy was engaged to Rachel from 2002 to 2003.

It was reported that they parted because of his drinking — but he has since claimed is was because he didn’t trust her.
